The Pinehaven Village Association, Inc.  purpose and objective shall be the upholding of the Pinehaven Village Community for the public good and mutual interest, and benefit of Pinehaven Village property owners.
We follow the Ordinances and By Laws of Montgomery and Davidson Counties.

Our Current Board Members are:

President:               Annette Moore
Vice President:      Dale Sechrist
Treasurer:              Janie Sheppard
Clerk/Secretary:     Lynn Ross
Board Members:  Charles Allen, Raymond "Ray" Fitzgerald, Art Nastri, Jimmy Wells, Brian Gaster and Shane Brewer

Board Members serve a two year term, with Officers President, Vice-President, and Treasurer elected by Board Members. Officers serve a one year term, unless reelected.

Annual meetings of Pinehaven membership are held the 3rd Saturday of July at 10AM each year,  at the Pinehaven Fire Department, 1018 Pinehaven Drive. Members in good standing are encouraged to attend.

Non-property owners, who rent, etc a property within Pinehaven are allowed an Associate membership as long as they have
resided in Pinehaven a minimum of 30 days. ONLY MEMBERS ENJOY VOTING PRIVILEGES HOWEVER.
